Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Insulation Heroes website (the “Site”) and the provision of insulation and related services by Insulation Heroes (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a quote, engaging our services, or otherwise using the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

Services Provided

Insulation Heroes offers a range of insulation, energy-saving, and protection services including but not limited to:

 

  • Spray foam insulation (open & closed cell)

  • Blown-in insulation

  • Attic insulation

  • Crawl space insulation

  • Commercial insulation

  • Insulation removal

  • Air sealing services

  • Solar attic fans

  • Acoustic dampening

  • Polyurea insulation

  • Water insulation / waterproofing

 

 

We will perform the services agreed in the quotation, using the materials and methods described. Services are provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Quotations, Estimates, and Agreements

  • All quotations/estimates are valid for a limited time (e.g. 30 days), unless otherwise specified.

  • Quotes are based on the scope provided by the customer. If scope or conditions change (e.g. hidden damage, inaccessibility, unforeseen moisture or structural issues), we reserve the right to adjust pricing.

  • The customer must accept the quotation in writing (or via electronic signature) before work begins

Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required before the commencement of work; the amount and timing are specified in the quotation.

  • The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the work (or at milestones as agreed).

  • Payment methods accepted will be those listed in the quotation/invoice.

  • If payment is late, we may charge interest and/or late-payment fees in accordance with applicable law.

Customer Obligations

You agree to:​

 

  • Provide accurate, complete information about the property (access, existing structure, conditions) so we can assess the job accurately.

  • Clear the work area of personal items, obstructions, or hazardous materials.

  • Ensure access to the site at scheduled times and allow adequate working conditions (lighting, power, ventilation, etc.).

  • Obtain any necessary permits or permissions unless explicitly agreed in writing that we will do so.

Scheduling & Delays

  • We will provide an estimated timeframe for the work.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, material supply, building inspection/permits, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • We will communicate delays as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes, Cancellations & Termination

  • If you wish to change the scope after the work has started, changes must be agreed in writing (“change order”) and may affect cost and completion time.

  • Cancellation by you: if you cancel before work starts, you may forfeit part or all of the deposit as specified in the quotation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the contract if conditions on site are unsafe, illegal, or otherwise not as represented.

Warranty & Guarantees

  • We warrant that our workmanship will meet normal standards expected in the industry.

  • For materials, we rely on manufacturers’ warranties. Where applicable, we will pass these warranties to you.

  • Defects due to workmanship must be reported to us within a reasonable time.

  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, alteration, neglected maintenance, or events beyond our control.

Liability & Indemnification

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insulation Heroes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total of fees paid by you under the relevant quotation.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your failure to fulfill your obligations (e.g. site access, providing accurate information).

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, is owned by or licensed to Insulation Heroes.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Any personal data provided for quotations, project performance, or communications will be stored, processed, and protected following applicable privacy laws.

Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond our reasonable control: acts of nature, supply chain disruptions, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of U.S.A / Texas.

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved via good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Houston / Texas.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are posted on our Site. Your continued use of services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
